Unconfirmed rumors have been circulating the internet that "Breaking Dawn" has gotten the green light for filming. FEARNet has addressed the idea that a PG-13 rating may not allow film makers to fully create the graphic birth scene from the book should the movie be made.
Of course speculation is also ripe that in order to deliver the PG-13 version of Breaking Dawn that Meyer wants, the studio will have to drop certain elements from the novel, such as a pretty horrific birth scene. What do you think -- should Bella's delivery be toned down? Or should Meyer let the films grow up?
I think that this rating would also mean that fans would only get a glimpse of Isle Esme. I personally hope that they consider staying true to the book before worrying about ratings should "Breaking Dawn" be brought to the big screen.
What do you think?
